Przegląd Europejski 4/2023: European solidarity. Everything but arms – ebook

Numer poświęcony jest głównie kwestiom solidarności europejskiej oraz handlu międzynarodowego. Autorzy podjęli temat postrzegania solidarności europejskiej przez liderów partii politycznych w Polsce. Przyjrzeli się temu zjawisku z perspektywy kryzysów, a także wartości i zasad, analizując np. przełamywanie konsensusu w Parlamencie Europejskim przez eurosceptyków.

Prace z zakresu handlu międzynarodowego dotyczą reformy Światowej Organizacji Handlu oraz znaczenia reguł pochodzenia towarów w Powszechnym Systemie Preferencji (GSP) Unii Europejskiej dla beneficjentów systemu Everything but Arms. W numerze znalazły się również analizy prawa międzynarodowego oraz transformacji systemów politycznych w wybranych państwach europejskich.

The issue is mainly devoted to the issues of European solidarity and international trade. The authors addressed the perception of European solidarity by leaders of political parties in Poland. They looked at this phenomenon from the perspective of crises as well as values and principles, analysing, for example, the breaking of consensus in the European Parliament by Eurosceptics.

The articles on international trade look at the reform of the World Trade Organisation and the importance of the rules of origin of goods in the European Union's Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) for the beneficiaries of the Everything but Arms system. The issue also includes analyses of international law and the transformation of political systems in selected European countries.
